I love the word delight. It's delightful. Don't just be in the moment or enjoy the moment, but delight in the moment. Look for small moments each day that you can soak in and delight in.

The word dwell usually has negative undertones. Why dwell on it? Let it go. So, flip it around. If you're going to dwell on something, why not dwell on the positive? Don't let go of those good vibes.

Be the example. Be the leader. Demonstrate the admirable. Who is someone you admire? How can you demonstrate their characteristics in your own life?
